What is SASTEX?

SASTEX is a business to business (B2B) trade event designed to serve all participants working in the Summer Alpine Sports industry.

Buyers include specialist tour operators, travel agents and retailers

Suppliers include Alpine resorts, regional and national mountain tourist boards, activity suppliers, transfer companies, airlines, airports and anyone else providing a service for the summer mountain sports industry.

Media are the specialist media titles, online and print, covering and promoting summer alpine sports.

SASTEX  takes place over one-day on 2nd May 2019.

During the trade event UK and European buyers (tour operators, travel agents and retailers) meet with suppliers in the Trade Exchange via pre-scheduled, one to one meetings. The industry engages during insightful Forum sessions and networking is maximised throughout breakfasts, lunches, breaks and social events. .

SASTEX Location

SASTEX 2019 will take place at Kingdom, a dedicated mountain bike centre and event space located in the Kent countryside south east of London.

There are regular trains from London Waterloo, London Charring Cross and London Bridge to Tunbridge Wells train station, taking around 30 minutes. It's then a short drive to the venue – transport is provided for SASTEX attendees arriving by train.

Kingdom is also less than 45 minutes from London Gatwick ariport. Dedicated transfers will run morning and evening for those attending SASTEX from overseas and flying into Gatwick.

If you're driving, Kingdom is just 15 minutes from junction 5 of the M25, and under an hour from Brighton. There is free parking too!
